Return policy

At QUGEX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All original tags must be attached.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must initiate the return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Earrings for pierced ears

Any items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service team at support@qugex.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please include the Return Authorization Number inside your return package. Returns sent without this number may experience delays in processing.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as QUGEX cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account, which may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@qugex.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos or a video of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

8. Final Sale Items

Any items purchased that are marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
